Job Description

Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative German & English Speakers

Position Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives with proficiency in both German and English. This position is located in Athens Greece and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and engaging environment supporting customers via email telephone and/or chat.

Key Details

Start Date: 4th April 2025
Location: Athens Greece
Contract Duration: 1year contract

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative your duties include:

  • Providing efficient and professional customer support to German and Englishspeaking clients.
  • Managing customer inquiries via phone email and/or chat in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Resolving customer issues while ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with your team to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
  • Effectively utilizing provided tools and systems to assist clients.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

  • Monthly Base Pay: 1380 (across 14 months).

Training Process:

  • Intensive 4week training conducted in English 8 hours/day).
  • Training includes team integration software and product knowledge customer management practices and onthejob preparation.
  • Participants sign a training agreement detailing salary and terms on the first day.

Additional Information:

  • Successful training completion leads to signing the employment contract immediately after training or on the next workday.
  • Training compensation is provided exempt from social security taxes.

Required Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Customer Focused: Strong communication and problemsolving skills to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work shifts aligned with the provided schedule.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
