Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Chennai
Salary: 2 lakhs - 4 lakhs per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback via phone email and other channels
- Provide accurate information about automobile products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Document customer interactions and maintain records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in languages such as Marathi Bengali Odia and Hindi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of automobile products and services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer care or support role
- Knowledge of automobile industry trends and developments
- Certification in customer service or related field
