As a AAA 4Diamond property spanning 45 acres and featuring over 1600 luxurious rooms 600000 square feet of event space and seven unique dining options Hilton Anatole is the epitome of excellence in hospitality.
We are seeking an energetic individual who is career driven with a positive approach to hospitality. In this role you will assist in the of our restaurant outlets and managing our team.
As the ideal candidate you will:
- Have previous experience in a midhigh volume hotel operation
- Have proven success of consistently executing a highquality service in a professional atmosphere
- Have a detailoriented approach to your work with a passion for mentoring and developing a team
- Have a wellrounded background in banquets restaurants and upscale dining with a keen eye for details and exceptional organizational skills.

What will I be doing
- Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Implement effective controls of food beverage and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Interview train supervise counsel schedule and evaluate staff.
