Job Description
- Oversee clients consumable testing programs (e.g. toys food contact premium) and prepare clients summary and report;
- Deliver tailormade and onestop services by closely following up clients needs;
- Handle the test submission (e.g. test assignment) accordingly to different countries safety;
- Provide timely resolution of issues from client;
- Support Sales Team to solve the enquiries and problems with consistency and accuracy;
- Handle adhoc assignment as required.
Qualifications :
- Higher Diploma or degree holder in Science discipline (though Science Engineering Testing Science and Certification or another technical discipline will be a plus);
- 2 3years working in commercial laboratory experience and experience to handle retails clients;
- Welcome toys merchandising sourcing experience candidates;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good problemsolving skill;
- Selfinitiated independent and a good team player.
