Key Responsibilities
- Endtoend responsibility for the delivery of the technology developments
- Gather business requirements and prepare BRD (Business Requirements Document)
- Prepare user and training materials
- Coordinate plan and monitor internal developments and related testing
- Be the main contact person for stakeholder communication in developmentrelated matters
- Liaise and cooperate with developers testers and business departments
- Provide direction support and feedback within the development team

Requirements
- 34 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- 23 years of experience in a software development environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- College/University degree or relevant working experience specialized in IT/Economics
- Relevant work experience in requirement gathering and analysis
- General understanding of the software development process
- Critical thinking objectivity problemsolving and good communication skills
Advantages
