We are seeking an exceptional Sales Leader to further develop and grow the Enterprise market in Japan. This individual will play a key role leading a highly experienced team of sales people whilst looking at growth strategy for the Japanese market.
As a team member of the Arista Sales team you are the face of Arista to our customers; their internal champion for the problems they need to solve. As their champion you will align Aristas technical resources to achieve your customers business outcome. Youll partner with some of the most skilled Customer Engineers in the industry in addition to Professional Services and our Executive teams to help them understand how to execute on your customers behalf. Our sales teams have a culture of team success where youll collaborate and be supported by like minded sales professionals.
What Youll Do
We are looking for a dynamic and enigmatic leader. Someone who has demonstrated a clear ability to grow businesses closed complex multimillion pound transactions and who still understands the need for constant pipeline generation and sustainable revenue flows. You will have done this before and will be looking to take your career forward.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow one of the top sales teams in the country; Gravitas experience knowledge and ideas are a must.
You will be a selfstarter and can demonstrate both Strategic and Sales leadership skills in addition someone who is prepared to lead by example and has an ability to grow the revenue on a quarterbyquarter basis while managing the existing team and building a pipeline of opportunity for the coming years.
