Your mission
As a IT Corporate Specialist youre proactive and eager to challenge yourself and learn new technologies.
You will be part of our IT team supporting internal users ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and improving processes.

This is what you bring along
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a First Level IT Support internally for our employees;
- Administration installation and support of Windowsbased and MacOssystems;
- Configuration deployment and maintenance of end user devices (e.g. desktops laptops tablets phones) are in your hands;
- Administration and maintenance of our existing network infrastructure and system landscape;
- Technical onboarding of new employees.
WHAT YOULL NEED
- 12 years of experience in ITrelated roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills youll ensure a high standard of IT support troubleshooting software and hardware issues;
- Handson experience with Windows and Mac (clientside only);
- Strong problemsolving attitude and willingness to learn and grow;
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
WHAT WOULD HELP YOU THE MOST
- Familiarity with Linux;
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence);
- Knowledge of JumpCloud for Mobile Device Management;
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace.
