Job Description
This is a sales role; however you dont necessarily need to have sales experience you do need the ability to provide exceptional service and love to travel!
We provide structured end to end training where we will teach you everything you need to know about private aviation and sales.
- Researching and identifying clients to identify new business opportunities
- Managing charter bookings from initial enquiry to completion
- Souring aircraft and contracting
- Attending the airport and or travelling on the charter to ensure the experience for the client is a smooth one
- Proactively targeting a list of potential clients through outbound sales calls emails visit etc
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Qualifications :
- 35000 basic annual salary
- 10 uncapped commission
- Customer focused ambitious and driven
- Resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Highly motivated with a desire to reach and exceed targets
- Confident communicators
- Flexible and willing to work out of hours (Aviation isnt 95!
- Ability to travel
- Hold a valid drivers license
