Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to join our growing team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding our enterprise customer base driving revenue growth and delivering tailored connectivity solutions to high-value clients. You will develop strategic sales initiatives maintain strong client relationships and position our services as market leaders in enterprise connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect identify and secure new enterprise clients for connectivity and related ICT services.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective pipeline management and deal closure.

  • Design and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and regular engagements.

  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Prepare accurate sales reports forecasts and performance insights for management.

  • Track industry trends competitor activities and client feedback to enhance offerings.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal writing negotiation onboarding and post-sales support.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service consistency to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc or MSc in Business Administration Marketing IT or any related discipline.

  • 3 5 years proven experience in enterprise or B2B sales within the connectivity telecom or ICT sector.

  • Strong understanding of connectivity solutions (e.g. leased lines fiber optics VPN MPLS cloud services).

  • Ability to close complex deals and manage high-value client accounts.

  • Excellent presentation communication and negotiation skills.

  • Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about network and IT infrastructure.

  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Self-motivated organized and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
