Job Description

The Project Compliance Coordinator will be working in conjunction with multiple stakeholders in the Operations Team including but not limited to Project Managers Cost Managers Business Unit Directors Finance BG and HR.

This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously and supporting Cost Centre Directors in the delivery of a range of business and compliance projects specific to their location and cost centre. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing work independently collaborating effectively and having experience delivering as a consultant in a fastpaced environment.


Qualifications :

  • Experience in working in the construction industry and/ or project coordination experience. 
  • Relevant experience in a Project Compliance Coordination role or Document Control role.
  • General understanding of business management processes such as Procure to Pay Contract Management KPI and Performance Management dealing with portals such as Ariba Coupa etc. 
  • Information technology capability Adequately proficient on the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Word and Excel) SharePoint and D365 experience is desirable.  
  • Experience managing and inputting information into a shared database. 
  • Ability to problem solve and manage internal and external client expectations. 
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative high paced environment. 
  • Commercial awareness ability to recognize business optimization and efficiency opportunities 
  • Bilingual Portuguese/English and/or Spanish/English.
