Job Description

Reporting to the Cluster Financial Controller you will contribute to the enhancement of Project Accounting & Controlling capabilities. You will work towards the challenging goal of building an efficient Finance organization that acts as a business partner supporting decision making and performance.

  • Project Budget Monitoring & Financial Reporting:
  • Participate in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Monitor budget analyze variances.
  • Analyze revenue production costs and margins ensuring the reliability of financial data.
  • Reviewing eTime and updating eRaf.
  • Provide support to project teams for managing their budgets.
  • participate in the implementation of Oracle and cleansing process of old/existing projects.

 

  • Project Cost Analysis & Financial Forecasting:
  • Participate in the monthly closing exercises.
  • Participate in the forecasts based on new information and changes in context.
  • Ensure project cash flow monitoring.
  • Contribute to robust project cost accounting and reporting aligned with the MCM.
     
  • Internal Control & Continuous improvement:
  • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance of operations with current standards and regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in project financial processes.
  • Train and mentor project teams on financial best practices and tools.


 


Qualifications :

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with IFRS 15 and the POC method.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Rigor precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information.
  • Experience with process improvement and change management in complex organization
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Businessoriented mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fastpaced environment
  • Languages:
  • English: Mandatory for communication with international teams.
  • Arabic: Appreciated for communication with the local team and the clients.
