Wholesaler Management
- Developing productive long term relationships with wholesaler/field sales to ensure longterm success.
- Training wholesaler field sales to sell targeted volume and setup inoutlet standards.
- Wholesaler contracts negotiation business development agreement.
- Work with and manage wholesalers to deliver KPIs.
- Driving wholesaler engagement through alignment on the business plans leading to excellence.
Sales/Distribution and
- Deliver monthly trade sales volume based on LRE (last revised estimate)
- Ensure Numeric distribution targets fulfillment by channel and SKU.
- Regular store checks to acquire information on and market information
- Work cross functionally with Trade Marketing/ Marketing / Operations in
- developing business.
- Well planning /announcement / tracking promotional activities
- Ensure that teams secure and improve the instore presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store Standards.
POS Coolers and Perfect store
- Achieve company targets on POS and coolers placement by month and by channel.
- Instruct/coordinate Distributor/Operations on POS and coolers standards.
- Ensure proper management utilization and inventory storage of Red Bull assets/POSM
- Assigned key customer perfect store implementation
Business Planning & Management
- Wholesaler trade sales stock & offtake tracking
- Volume forecasts and plans preparing
- Wholesaler expense accrual & application
- Provide line manager with any information requested for business plan preparation and strategic decisions.
- Weekly coordination and report on work in progress sales strategy and key distribution partner activities with line manager
Business Intelligence
- Consistently analysing the market data to find gaps or opportunities by region in Wholesale distribution.
- Responsible for obtaining depletions data from Wholesalers to analyse performance improve forecasting and quantify all Pay for Performance remuneration.
Qualifications :
- 35 years experience in General Trade sector FMCG.
- Clear understanding of the General Off Trade channel & wholesaler operation
- High negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical planning and financial skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Management reporting and budget control.
- Valid driving license
