Requirements
3 years of experience in a growth/market expansion role with a proven record of successfully driving growth operations.
Complete Channel Management of Aggregators.
Handson experience in managing teams across different markets/locations.
Driving Growth Managing Monthly Sales Targets and Planning and of Promotional Campaigns.
Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders and managing expectations against rapid growth deadlines.
Analyze brand ratings and prepare strategies to improve them.
Entrepreneurs mindset.
Excellent strategic vision; understands the direction of the business and industry; can articulate a vision to motivate and influence others.
