Job Description

Nature Of The Account: Medical Device

Type of Support: Handles global complaint for voice and nonvoice

Work Arrangement: Onsite (Cebu)

Shift Schedule Restdays: Night Shift Weekends off

Educational Requirement:

College Graduate
Life Sciences Graduate Engineering (medical biomedical chemistry)

Requirements:

Good communications skills and stakeholder management
Preferred: experience in complaint handling and medical device or healthcare accounts
Can consider telco sales financial background as long as they meet
Atleast 3yrs. ops management experience and has the required degree
Overall work experience is not less than 7yrs. in BPO environment
