People & Culture Coordinator

Sydney Fulltime HR & Talent Growthfocused Organisation

Are you a highly organised peoplefirst professional looking to build your career in HR Were on the lookout for a People & Culture Coordinator to join a passionate and collaborative team where youll play a key role in shaping employee experiences supporting recruitment operations and driving cultural initiatives.

Youll be joining a closeknit team of four HR professionals who are committed to fostering a culture of performance inclusion and continuous development. This is a fastpaced varied role perfect for someone who thrives on juggling competing priorities while making a meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process for agency and referral candidates from screening to scheduling interviews and assessments.

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the recruitment system and support reference checks.

  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to support broader HR initiatives and strategic projects.

  • Deliver toptier service to candidates hiring managers and recruitment partners.

  • Assist in remuneration and bonus review processes by preparing Excel reports and managing data uploads into payroll systems.

What Youll Bring:

  • 13 years experience in HR talent acquisition or a peoplefocused role.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in HR Business or related discipline.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence managing data with accuracy.

  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastmoving environment.

  • A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for supporting people and process improvement.

  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a bonus.
