Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
We are looking for a Junior Buyer with minimum 1 year of commercial purchasing experience to join our team and
contribute to the development of global category strategies for material field purchasing.
Supplier & material field strategy: Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to part families supporting in the identification of opportunities for consolidation and standardization and contributing to the development of basic part family planning strategies.
Rampup and Ramp Down activities: Supports in securing capacities.
Bottleneck Management: Assist in identifying and communicating material shortages at suppliers to internal
stakeholders supporting in the coordination of alternative sourcing options and expediting orders to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
Stakeholder Management: Assists on reporting and active stakeholder management; manages his direct
stakeholders without management involvement.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education: Masters degree preferably with an engineering background.
Experience and Know How: Good analytical skills. Negotiation experience is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
Working Style and Methods: Ability to manage business relationships with international stakeholders and suppliers.
Personality: Selfmotivated and able to cope with difficult situations. Team player with flexibility. Good communication skills.
