Job Description
- Gather draft and manage requirements in collaboration with clients demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
- Facilitate project and program ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Draft user stories and validate application solutions to meet stakeholder needs.
- Translate between Japanese and English to ensure clear communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding applications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of overall experience in business analysis and project management.
- Native to businesslevel proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in drafting user stories and solutioning applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently.
- Selfdriven and proactive taking initiative to drive results.
- Deep understanding of Japanese culture ensuring customercentric solutions with empathy.
- Ensures compliance with legal regulatory and financial requirements in projects/programs.
- Certifications in Agile Scrum or SAFe are preferred.
