Job Description
Position: Tutor Team LeaderWe are seeking an experienced Team Leader with a passion for education and a strong background in tutoring and mentoring students.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of tutors providing guidance and support as needed Develop and implement tutoring programs to meet the needs of each student Train new tutors and provide ongoing professional development opportunities Monitor and evaluate the performance of tutors providing feedback and guidance for improvement Communicate regularly with students parents and teachers to ensure student progress and successQualifications: Bachelors degree in Education or a related field Minimum of 3 years of tutoring experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Passion for helping students achieve academic successIf you are a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about education we want to hear from you.
