Job Description
As an Executive Assistant you ll become the right hand to a visionary founder playing a pivotal role in scaling this exciting marketplace platform. This is no ordinary assistant position you ll have your hands in virtually every aspect of the business from customer service to operations marketing to documentation. Working directly with the founder you ll help transform bigpicture ideas into actionable plans while managing daytoday priorities that keep the business running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Serve as the founder s operational partner by managing emails calendars and appointment scheduling systems to maximize productivity
- Champion customer satisfaction by monitoring support inboxes and crafting thoughtful solutionoriented responses to customer inquiries
- Drive operational excellence by creating and maintaining comprehensive standard operating procedures and documentation
- Analyze business performance by developing data tracking spreadsheets that monitor user signups conversion stages and other key metrics
- Craft compelling communications for customer outreach network building and stakeholder updates
- Ensure seamless operations by following up with service providers and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Boost marketing efforts by creating engaging materials for events social media and promotional campaigns
- Support platform testing by managing account creation and access across various digital tools
- Conduct targeted research to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain quality control by performing regular operational checks and flagging issues requiring attention
Requirements
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite) applications including Gmail Calendar Docs and Sheets
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft professional engaging messages
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including some weekend availability to support peak business periods
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Experience supporting business operations or providing administrative assistance in fastpaced environments
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and securely handling sensitive customer information
- Selfstarter attitude with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with company goals
- Interest in or familiarity with South Asian cultures and communities is a plus
