About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual growth and success. You will act as a trusted advisor ensuring our partners are empowered to maximize the value of the solutions provided. Your focus will be on building strong client relationships increasing product adoption and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle including contract renewals.

  • Collaborate with account teams to create and execute longterm account plans.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in your assigned accounts.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate product value and identify opportunities for expansion.

  • Act as the voice of the customer providing feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements.

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues and achieve business goals.

  • Ensure successful product adoption and ongoing customer satisfaction.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree required; Master s degree is a plus.

  • 5 years of experience in a Customer Success Account Management or related customerfacing role.

  • Strong understanding of computer networking and how the internet functions.

  • Experience in cloud security and performance solutions.

  • Project management and account portfolio planning experience.

  • Fluent in English Spanish and Portuguese.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to conduct effective executive business reviews.

  • Experience in application server and network security is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote role based in LATAM.

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
