This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday flexible between 9AM to 5PM Sydney NSW

Responsibilities

  • Execute precise data entry tasks while maintaining meticulous record accuracy
  • Create comprehensive reports using various software platforms to drive business insights
  • Generate and organize valuable customer contact lists using specialized software tools
  • Conduct strategic online research to identify promising business leads through platforms like Bark and Upwork
  • Support business growth through efficient handling of administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the company s expansion by maintaining organized information systems
  • Collaborate remotely with the team to support overall business objectives

Requirements

  • Experience with or demonstrated ability to quickly master lead generation tools (familiarity with Apollo ZoomInfo or similar platforms is highly advantageous)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
  • Strong proficiency with common office software and confidence in navigating online research tools
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering consistent results
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup for remote work
  • Availability to work within Sydney timezone
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines consistently
