Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultoriented Marketing and Sales Executive to drive
business growth by identifying new market opportunities generating leads and closing sales.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B sales excellent communication
skills and a passion for innovative engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients (architects builders contractors property developers).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to present products and solutions.
Generate and follow up on leads through cold calls emails and networking.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Coordinate with the design and production teams to provide customized solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals presentations and quotations.
Maintain sales records prepare reports and track sales performance.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Manage social media accounts and run targeted digital marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content for online and offline marketing.
Coordinate with designers for marketing materials (brochures catalogs presentations).
Plan and participate in exhibitions trade shows and networking events.
Conduct market research to analyze trends competitors and customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate and convert leads.
Maintain a database of potential clients and track marketing campaign performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Education:
o Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Mass Communication
or a related field.
2. Experience:
o 25 years
o Prior experience working with architects or within the construction industry.
o Familiarity with manufacturing processes like sheet metal fabrication aluminum
extrusion is an added advantage.
Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role. Proficiency in English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
