Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customerfocused Business Development Managers (Field Sales) to
join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills a passion for sales and a
track record of exceeding targets. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for
promoting our products/services engaging with customers and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers within the B2B segment by conducting 710 cold visits every day.
Educate customers about our products/services and demonstrate their benefits.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly.
Requirements
Customer Engagement: Ability to engage and influence potential customers through effective communication.
Sales Skills: Ability to present and demonstrate products/services to B2B customers.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
Targetoriented: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum graduatelevel education required.
Experience: At least 24 years of field sales experience.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is optional.
Motivation: Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
