Business Development Executive (Remote Commission Based with High Earning Potential)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across industries focusing on hiring trends and market gaps.
- Generate leads through cold outreach (email LinkedIn calls) to pitch our recruitment services.
- Engage prospects to understand their hiring needs and gather detailed job requirements.
- Secure client commitments (e.g. signed agreements or job orders) to initiate the recruitment process.
- Hand over client requirements and details to our recruitment team for candidate placement.
- Follow up with clients until the handover to ensure satisfaction and a smooth transition.
- Provide market feedback to help us sharpen our approach and win more business.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in business development or sales (recruitment/staffing experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills confident in cold outreach and closing deals.
- Selfstarter who thrives in a remote independent role.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn email tools or basic CRMs (Google Suite or MS Office skills are a plus).
- Flexible to work across time zones (we will adjust to your schedule).
- Passion for chasing opportunities and earning through results.
