Job Summary:
Leading Privilege Banking branch to deliver worldclass client experience & a highly profitable business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing and then effectively executing a business strategy to run a Privilege branch in a highly profitable way: meeting the monthly quarterly and annual budget.
- Actively soliciting new clients and relationships to grow the branch balance sheet and deposits. Focusing on current accounts followed by savings accounts & fixed deposits.
- Focusing on deepening existing relationships through service excellence upsell and crosssell to enhance client stickiness and clientengagement.
- Driving Privilege Banking branch as a onestopshop bank for a clients all financial needs: personal (consumer/banca/investments) commercial and corporate banking.
- Being a role model for the team with respect to new sales (client field calling) relationship management (listening & understanding client needs) & service excellence (solutionfocused).
- Reviewing internal processes and procedures for continuous improvement to simplify and ease out client service delivery.
- Owning the exterior and interior physical space of the branch setting industry standards for cleanliness friendliness and welcoming environment.
- Diligently enforcing banks/regulatory (i) know your customer policies (ii) antimoney laundering policies and (iii) delivering robust controls.
- Leading coaching and motivating branch staff to deliver worldclass performance. Actively engaging them on strategy and . Ensuring worldclass teamwork.
- Having a dynamic focus on delivering revenue objectives and effective cost management programs through unconventional and outofbox thinking.
Job Specifications:
Knowledge & Skills:
- Graduate from a recognized university (preferably Masters in Business / Related Subject)
Experience Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a branch manager (a professional with exceptional performance in banking may also be considered)
Behavioral Competencies:
- High integrity confidence strong communication (English/Urdu written/spoken) analytical mind energetic positive minded team player relationship management & team management skills.
