Your Responsibilities:
- Moderate and assess content in Italian ensuring it complies with platform guidelines and legal standards.
- Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech explicit material and abusive language to ensure a positive online experience.
- Ensure content decisions are swift fair and consistent in line with community policies.
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex moderation issues and optimize processes.
- Stay on top of emerging trends in content moderation and online safety to provide proactive solutions.
- Meet performance targets while maintaining highquality moderation standards.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong communication skills in English for team collaboration.
- Previous experience in content moderation community management or customer service is a plus.
- Detailoriented with the ability to make quick and precise decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- A passion for online safety and helping to maintain a positive digital space.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays as necessary.
