Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Graduation in Science pharmacy or degree in
engineering or degree in packaging or equivalent degree for graduation and Post graduation.
Job Description:
Sales Manager will be responsible for organizational sales by developing business plans
meeting planned goals and coordinating with the marketing team to provide best solution to
our customers.
Requirements:
In planning and Implementing Sales strategies
In customer relationship management and handling key accounts
Self initiator and take responsibilities
Should have worked in companies for cold chain products / handled cold chain
operations in logistic companies or similar experience with a packaging company
Should have minimum 5 to 10 years of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages will be
preferred)
Dedication in providing great customer service
Use of ERP system like Microsoft dynamics or sales force or similar system is
preferred
Knowledge of French language will be preferred
Responsibilities
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales
revenue and expense controls.
Achieving planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Report to India Head Directly
and to Sales Director in France periodically
Coordinating with marketing and design team on enquiries and technical support or
for customization. Coordinating with marketing and design team on enquiries and
technical support or for customization. Customise the solutions using emballiso
products as per the client need.
Coordinate the quality testing by the client
Plan and coordinate training of operations team at customer site.
Gaining product knowledge and implementing to provide best solution to customers
Getting information on our competitors
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Work in a most honest and responsible way
Should be able to work from home or office
Should be ready travelling across India and outside when required. Travelling might
vary between 15 to 20 days a month depending on the sales activities
Update all information on our CRM system and prepare reports as and when
scheduled or required
Coordinate and plan events / exhibitions with selective cold chain events
