Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Food Technology Nutrition Hotel & Restaurant Management or other related program
At least 10 years of business to business (B2B) sales experience (e.g. distributors HORECA institutional accounts) in Philippine market handling baking ingredients
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Willing to do field work within the assigned area (North Luzon South Luzon or Greater Metro)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and drive the growth in the assigned area.
Manage Sales Account Executives.
Formulate and implement strategic sales plan to support the trade network in reaching the endusers.
Generate new leads and develop exisitng accounts.
Coordinate with support teams to ensure delivery of client requirements.
