Join a dynamic team and help keep social media a safe space! We are working with a leading BPO consultancy to hire a Frenchspeaking Content Moderator in Porto. If youre detailoriented empathetic and eager to work in a fastpaced environment this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and regulate content on a leading social media platform.
Review and take action on user accounts and advertisements to ensure platform safety.
Evaluate sensitive content while maintaining objectivity and following guidelines.
Ensure a high level of accuracy and quality in content moderation.
Act in accordance with social media policies and standards.
What Were Looking For:
Native/Fluent in French (C2 with strong communication skills.
Fluent in English (B2 level).
Previous experience in content moderation is a plus!
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new policies and tools.
Resilient and objective able to handle sensitive content.
Empathetic detailoriented and motivated.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
