Your Tasks
- Support business clients via phone email or chat
- Identify and verify account holders
- Troubleshoot problems and guide clients to solutions
- Follow clear procedures and meet support quality standards
- Handle appointment or order questions
- Work with a team to provide fast and reliable support
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma (required)
- 1 year experience in customer service (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced multitasking environment
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Experience with customer service platforms is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts on-site
