Job Description

A vibrant Mixed School in Hounslow seeks a passionate and highly skilled Physics Teacher to join our Science department. We are looking for an educator who can inspire students to explore the fundamental principles of the universe and develop a deep understanding of physics concepts

About the Role:

* Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 35 including GCSE and ALevel covering core topics such as mechanics electricity thermodynamics and modern physics.

* Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that facilitate handson experiments data analysis and problemsolving ensuring students develop a strong understanding of physics concepts and scientific methodologies.

* Assess student progress through lab reports presentations and examinations providing detailed and constructive feedback to support their scientific development.

* Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities such as science clubs physics projects and science fairs enriching students learning experiences and promoting their interest in physics.

Ideal Candidate:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Physics or a related science demonstrating a deep understanding of physics principles and scientific inquiry.

* Extensive experience teaching Physics at the secondary level with a proven track record of student success and a commitment to high academic standards.

* Proficiency in laboratory techniques data analysis and the use of scientific equipment.

* Excellent communication presentation and problemsolving skills with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.

* A passion for physics education and a commitment to fostering scientific curiosity and critical thinking.
