Guided by their Destination 2027 strategy and boosted by their recent combination with travel F&B giant Autogrill the company is well positioned to realise their ambition to create a Travel Experience Revolution through their many locations at airports motorways cruise lines seaports and railway stations amongst others.

Tasks

The Commercial Director Airport Media plays a key role in unlocking a massive advertising opportunity in airports worldwide. The position holder negotiates multimillion media deals expand partnerships with airport authorities and optimize revenuesharing agreements. This position reports to the SVP Advertising and Commercialization and can be based in either of our global hubs in the Unites States The Netherlands United Kingdom Switzerland Italy Spain Singapore if in possession of an appropriate work permit.

  • Lead highvalue negotiations with airport operators media networks (JCDecaux Clear Channel) and commercial landlords.
  • Structure largescale media agreements across DOOH Retail Signage and Digital Airport Media.
  • Optimize airport monetization strategies through prebuying dynamic pricing and sponsorship models.
  • Ensure global alignment across LATAM EMEA NA and APAC.

Requirements

  • Extensive media negotiation experience: 10 years in highvalue media deals (e.g. McKinsey BCG DOOH Retail).
  • Proven track record of closing highimpact airport or retail advertising deals.
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen to structure multiyear highmargin contracts and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to lead crossfunctional multicultural teams and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Resultsdriven and adaptable thriving in fastpaced environments with a handson analytical approach.
  • Global mindset with willingness to travel and navigate diverse cultural business landscapes.
