Job Description
We are looking for

1. Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Data Science and Machine Learning: Proficient in leading data science projects with a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms data engineering practices and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Services: Develop and deploy generative AI models (LLMs diffusion models etc. on GCP utilizing services like Vertex AI Cloud Storage and BigQuery.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines for training and deploying generative AI models.
- Build and maintain APIs and microservices for integrating generative AI capabilities into applications.
- Develop and implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize LLM performance.
- Analyze complex datasets identify trends and uncover insights that drive business strategies and optimizations.
- Technical Mentoring: Ability to provide technical mentorship to data scientists machine learning engineers and data engineers through 11 coaching sessions as well as team sessions to enhance their technical skills.
- Other Tools: Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
2. Nontechnical Skills
A. Leadership and Team Management: Skilled in managing team performance optimizing team utilization and planning team capacity across various engagements. Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team environment.
B. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both the leadership and team members. This includes articulating technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and conveying project expectations and feedback effectively.
C. ProblemSolving and DecisionMaking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven record of making informed decisions based on data and team inputs.
D. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for work within India (to Pune/Bengaluru) and to Europe as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field. Strong understanding of Data Science Machine Learning Deep learning generative AI concepts and techniques (LLMs diffusion models GANs etc..
- Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services particularly Vertex AI Cloud Storage and BigQuery.
- Experience with data pipelines and data engineering. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills. Experience with prompt engineering.
- Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
- Experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and MLOps practices.
- Experience with building chatbots or other conversational AI products
Additional Information :
- Project Pipeline Management: Experienced in handling the entire pipeline of data science projects including presales activities pitch deck preparation and content development.
- Customer Engagement: Proficient in maintaining strong customer relationships through regular interactions and touchpoints ensuring high satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
- Domain Knowledge: Exposure to wholesale/retail domains with the ability to identify and develop valuable business use cases.
- Project Planning and Time Management: Capable of proposing and adhering to project timelines after consulting with the development and project management team.
