Job Description

Main Responsibilities

HR Initiatives and Horizontality

  • Develop and maintain a centralised HRM project and initiatives tracker ensuring visibility across all ongoing activities and priorities. Support HR projects ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support coordinate and track transversal initiatives and activities within the service such as the HRM wellbeing working group ensuring alignment with HRM priorities and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage HR data to support decisionmaking and strategic planning preparing datadriven reports and presentations to support HRM leadership in SLT meetings and other strategic discussions. Provide actionable insights based on data trends to inform decision making.
  • Ensure seamless communication and information flow within and from HO to the HRM Divisions.
  • Support with compliancerelated tasks including tracking and coordinating responses to data protection and audit requests.

Strategic Documentation and Reporting

  • Contribute to the preparation of communications on HRMs strategic plans and objectives to stakeholders (within and outside the service) gather feedback and helping to develop build action plans to enhance engagement and relationships.
  • Support the production of key reports such as the HRM Strategy and D&I Reports and summarize key findings and recommendations from these sources. Assist in preparing materials for the Executive Committee and Council including presentation decks and talking points.
  • Participate in benchmarking studies as required to compare organizational HR practices and performance against other international organisations. industry standards and best practices.
  • Gather track and integrate stakeholder feedback into strategic documentation and reporting ensuring input is collected from relevant colleagues followups are conducted and updates are reflected.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Help track and deliver on requests from OSG EXD/DO and other Directorates ensuring timely responses and followups.
  • Support the implementation and management of the client relationship management (CRM) system for stakeholders within the OECD and its member countries ensuring effective communication and relationship management and support with coordination of followups from across HRM.
  • Participate in initiatives to evaluate the impact of HRM policies and programmes on organisational performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the scoping and implementation of recommendations pertinent to HRM derived from oversight functions such as the external auditors the Data Protection Commissioner and others.
  • Represent HRM in meetings and working groups as required contributing to discussions and advancing HRMrelated activities.

Qualifications :

Ideal Candidate Profile

Academic Background

  • University degree in Human Resources Corporate Communications Public Administration or a related field.

Professional Experience & Skills

  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in corporate initiatives reporting and data analysis. Proven track record in supporting executive leadership to drive corporate initiatives preferably in the Human Resources Management.
  • Strong ability to coordinate track and follow up on multiple HRM activities managing shifting priorities and ensuring smooth .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and foster a cooperative work culture.
  • Openminded and creative in developing new approaches to HR processes.
  • Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of stakeholders.

Tools

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
  • Experience with data visualisation is a plus.

Languages

Additional Information :

Closing Date

  • The incumbent would be expected to start their first working day as of 1 September 2025 and the deadline for applications should reach us no later than 23h59 23 April 2025 (Paris time).

Contract Duration

  • 24 month fixedterm appointment with the possibility of renewal to a maximum of 36 months.

What the OECD offers Depending on level of experience monthly salary starts at 5.90214 EUR plus allowances based on eligibility exempt of French income tax.

Selection Process

For retained candidates written tests/videorecorded interviews are foreseen for May and panel interviews are planned for June.
