Job Description
Are you a dynamic educational leader passionate about shaping holistic learning experiences Join us as our Deputy Head and become a key influencer in developing and enhancing our worldclass enrichment programs.
About the Role:
As the Deputy Head you will:
- Inspire Excellence: Champion the school identity by instilling our core values courage humility honour and fellowship across the school community.
- Drive Holistic Education: Lead the design implementation and continuous improvement of our enrichment initiatives including CoCurricular & SuperCurricular Activities crosscurricular expeditions and the school programs.
- Foster Leadership: Develop robust student leadership structures and coordinate dynamic programs that encourage creativity innovation and service.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with senior leaders academic teams and external partners to integrate enrichment seamlessly into the curriculum.
- Ensure Safety & Quality: Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and health & safety ensuring a secure and stimulating environment for all students.
