Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Brand and Marketing responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the company s brand and message.
  • Conduct market research analyze consumer trends and develop targeted campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Brand development and management:

  • Develop and maintain a strong cohesive brand identity that resonates with target audience.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Content Strategy:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
  • Work closely with identified creative agencies and teams to develop compelling relevant content that effectively communicates the brand message.

Product marketing:

  • Lead product marketing efforts including product positioning messaging and gotomarket strategies.
  • Oversee the development and of marketing campaigns across various channels including social media email and advertising.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather insights and develop product launch plans.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure that the company s marketing campaigns remain relevant and effective.

Digital marketing and online presence:

  • Oversee digital marketing channels including website social media email marketing SEO SEM and paid advertising.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum reach engagement and conversion.

Marketing analytics and reporting:

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders using datadriven insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Budget management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure costeffective marketing strategies.

Team leadership and development:

  • Build and lead a highperforming marketing team providing guidance mentorship and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of creativity collaboration and accountability within the marketing team.

Stakeholder collaboration:

  • Work closely with crossfunctional and management teams to ensure that marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as advertising agencies and media outlets to develop and execute marketing campaigns.


2. Communications responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective corporate communication strategies.
  • Manage internal and external communications.
  • Draft content for mass media or company website.

  • Excellent IT skills including familiarity with MS Office.

  • Ability to cope and work in a fastpaced business environment.

  • Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills that demonstrate an ability to structure a problem ask relevant questions and challenge one s own input.
  • Must enjoy working with people and should have the ability to work well individually in cross functional teams and in collaborative partnerships with other organizations or community agencies.

2. Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from any reputable University and preferably in a business or marketing related field.
  • Must have at least 57 years of work experience in a related field.
