Job Description

OVERVIEW


The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is a visionary executive who reports directly to the Managing Director. Tasked with steering Sales and growth across our service and product offerings managing project sales for CED Africa the CGO will drive growth across five core sectors Retail Houses of Worship Hospitality Partner Sales and Entertainment while leading integrated offline and online marketing initiatives. This role is built on a foundation of a strong customerfocused culture with an unwavering commitment to detail operational excellence and innovative leadership.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Planning & :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with our company vision.
  • Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams while refining existing initiatives.
  • Integrate offline and online marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and drive sales.

Business Management & Sales :

  • Oversee the delivery of sales targets for

Retail sales business (Sound House)

Av consulting engineering and Av design CED Africa) and

Project sales for (Spectra AVL) ensuring profitability across the six target sectors.

  • Streamline operational processes to maximize efficiency reduce redundancies and achieve set targets.
  • Leverage digital transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement and operational agility.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Build mentor and empower a highperforming growth team while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing operations finance) to ensure aligned of business strategies.
  • Encourage decisionmaking autonomy among team members driving rapid responses to market changes.

Market & Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed market analysis and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators such as increase in revenue yearoveryear or securing a minimum of X major client partnerships annually.
  • Provide actionable insights and datadriven recommendations to the Managing Director and the board.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients partners and industry influencers.
  • Represent the organization in highstakes negotiations and strategic discussions.
  • Present regular performance reports

Requirements

Skills and Credentials

  • Educational Background: Master s degree in Business Finance Marketing or related field.

  • Strategic and Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to craft and execute visionary strategies supported by datadriven insights.
  • Operational Expertise: Experience managing diverse business functions with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate strategies and foster strong professional relationships.
  • Customer Focus: A keen attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to delivering superior customer experiences.
