Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Vale of Glamorgan to assist with the appointment of a Maintenance Officer on a 6-month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 16.60 - 21.17 per hour
Summary:
The Maintenance Officer will carry out a variety of painting tasks and should be willing to diversify into other duties when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works to a high standard
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety standards
- Maintain tools equipment and vehicle in good working condition
- Support other trades when required and respond flexibly to maintenance needs
Essential Requirements:
- Level 2 qualification in Painting and Decorating
- Full UK Driving Licence
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
