- Human Resource Administration.
- HR Database & Personnel Files management.
- Payroll Administration.
- WSP/ATR submissions.
- EE reports submission.
- Maintain and supply BBBEE information.
- Coordinate Training & Development plans with line Manager.
- Talent Management.
- Performance appraisal and management.
- Utilise HR analytics to drive datadriven decisions and improve workforce trends.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide line managers with guidance and support on HR activities.
- Employee relations including CCMA representation.
Requirements
- A holder of Matric or Grade 12 with English as first language.
- A graduate with a Bachelors degree in Human Resources.
- An experienced professional with 5 years in HR.
- Skilled in performance management HR best practices and labour legislation.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
