Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and customeroriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors managing incoming calls and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
Manage front desk operations including handling mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
Provide support to various departments as needed
Handle inquiries and provide information about the companys services
Ensure confidentiality and security of office information
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to handle a fastpaced work environment with professionalism
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
