We are seeking a qualified Creative Project Manager to remotely fulltime join our team. Your responsibility in this capacity will be to supervise the whole creative process from beginning to end. Working with a vibrant cosmopolitan team you will significantly influence the direction of our business.
Important Roles:
From idea to lead and oversee creative initiatives to guarantee they are completed on schedule within budget and to the best of quality standards.
Work with crossfunctional teamsincluding developers designers and writersto create project schedules and plans.
With frequent project updates let every team member and stakeholder know.
Early on find and fix any project risks or difficulties.
Send management frequent status reports and updates on project advancement.
Create and keep up project documentation covering budgets timelines and other indispensable tools.
Analyze and enhance project management techniques constantly to raise output and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or a related field.
A minimum of three years of project management experience ideally in an agency or creative setting.
Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and staying organized.
A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency with various project management software and tools.
Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
