Their technology serves multiple sectors including healthcare aged care retail industrial security and defense.

As a publicly listed company with strong investor support they offer a unique opportunity for a Sales Director to join with earlystage public company equity. The technology is proven and ready they are now seeking a strategic sales leader to drive their next phase of growth.

They are seeking an exceptional Director of Sales either a proven leader or a highperforming Senior AE ready for advancement. This foundational role combines building the sales function shaping strategy and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated revenue generation experience and team building capabilities ready to make significant impact in a highgrowth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Leadership

  • Execute GTM strategy for B2B SaaS growth across healthcare aged care security and defense
  • Lead complete enterprise sales cycle targeting Csuite IT Operations and Security leaders
  • Build and manage highperformance sales team (SDRs and AEs)

Strategy & Process Development

    • Optimize ICP targeting and pricing strategies
    • Create sales enablement materials
    • Collaborate with product growth and customer success teams
    • Drive market expansion in Australia Singapore and beyond

    Partnership Development

      • Build strategic partnerships
      • Develop and maintain key accounts
      • Lead outbound initiatives for market growth

      Required Qualifications:

      Professional Experience

        • 5 years as Director/Head of Sales or Senior AE
        • Background in deeptech AI IoT or enterprise software
        • Track record of closing sixfigure enterprise deals
