**Hello!At Factorial we are looking for a Partner Operations Analyst in our Barcelona HQ to help us boost the company growth to the next level Reporting into the Head of Sales Operations you will be responsible for supporting our recently created **Partner team with Processes Systems & Data: 1. Build repeatable processes to increase the productivity of the Partner team (e.g. Outbound Partner Acquisition Partner Scoring Partner onboarding etc. 2. Administer Partner related systems such as Partnerstack and Hubspot (e.g. attribution pipeline management) as well as Factorials backend system in our Partners Marketplace (e.g. AWS Microsoft) 2. Develop and maintain standardised reports and dashboards to monitor Partner Acquisition & Partner sourced revenue 4. Support daytoday inquiries from the partner team providing prompt and efficient resolution to all their inquiries**Introducing the Partner teamWe recently introduced a Global Partner team with the mission to source additional revenue through Channel Referral and Integration Partners. Led by our VP of Partnerships the team consists of 75 people from 8 different countries and has steep ambitions:
- Source 5 million ARR by the end of the year (vs 1 million at the time of writing)
- Be responsible for 50 of the total revenue in 3 years time
**Your Profile
- **CRM knowledge is mandatory (Hubspot is a plus)
- Familiar with SaaS Partner GTM motions (Channel Referral Integration)
- You are a problem solver and are able to structure and communicate your thoughts clearly
- You want to roll up your sleeves and get done
