REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 10years.
- Strong working experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and other key modules within Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Provide insights and recommendations on functionalities like Promotion Planning Manage Products Tactics and Tactic Fund Promotion Push/RePush Freeze Promotions KPIs and Trade Calendar Payments and Funds Store Visit Planning Instore Tasks Measuring success of Rex and promotions
- Experience in developing functional requirement documents (FRDs) use cases and user stories.
- Strong working knowledge in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to conduct FitGap Analysis and recommend strategic solutions.
- Experience with UAT planning and defect management.
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining and enhancing the current available frameworks and accelerators
- Interacting with other Center of Competence (CoE) architects and teams and providing solutions from a software perspective
- Gathering business and functional requirements
- Developing requirements documents: goal model functional modelling business process customer interactions/wire frames; writing high level user requirements (Epics and User Stories)
- Analyzing applications both preproduction and postproduction
- Participating in process studies or presales process of responding to RFI RFPs and proposals
- Leading business and technical analysis sessions to support new development efforts to meet current and projected business needs.
- Quickly understanding the business issues and data challenges of clients organization and industry.
- Providing expertise on the systems capabilities/limitations as it relates to business goals Preparing impact and opportunity assessments regarding the cost/benefit of proposed projects
- Aligning stakeholders on business requirements system requirements program functions and strategy
- Preparing use cases and formal requirements documentation riving the implementation of technology and process solutions from concept to completion
- Providing analysis and support for the project management application development and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Acting as a liaison between the technology department and other business units
- Assisting in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
- Good understanding of clients accounts client database and business project.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
