Job Title: General Manager Finance
Location: Goregaon Mumbai
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: CFO / Managing Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager Finance to lead our 15member finance team. The role will oversee the companys financial operations ensuring effective management of Finance Banking Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) Taxation Audit Statutory Compliances Invoicing Fund Flow MIS and Budgeting. The ideal candidate should be a CA or SemiQualified CA with 78 years of experience in managing corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Strategy:
-
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Ensure financial planning risk management and cost control measures.

Banking & Fund Flow Management:
-
Manage banking relationships and optimize fund flow.
-
Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
-
Accounts Receivable & Payable (AR & AP):
-
Oversee credit control and timely collection of receivables.
-
Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and service providers.

Taxation & Statutory Compliances:
-
Ensure compliance with GST Income Tax and other statutory regulations.

Liaise with auditors tax consultants and government authorities.

Audit & Internal Controls:
-
Ensure smooth of internal statutory and tax audits.

Implement and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Invoicing & Financial Reporting:
-
Oversee accurate and timely invoicing processes.

Prepare and present financial reports MIS reports and dashboards.

Budgeting & Cost Control:
-
Drive annual budgeting processes and variance analysis.

Identify costsaving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead mentor and develop a highperforming finance team.

Foster a culture of financial discipline compliance and continuous improvement.
