Your ability to close deals engage with potential clients and provide tailored solutions will directly contribute to the companys success. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven individual who thrives in a fastpaced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients via outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities and create interest in our training programs.
Inbound Inquiries: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries providing information about our training offerings and guiding prospects through the sales process.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals ensuring a smooth and effective experience for the customer.
CRM Management: Utilise Salesforce to track leads manage customer data and document progress through the sales funnel. Experience in Salesforce is preferred but not essential.
Qualification & Needs Assessment: Conduct qualification meetings with prospects to assess their training needs goals and challenges ensuring you present the best solutions.
Sales Conversions & Closing Deals: Drive high conversion rates by closing sales effectively and ensuring clients are confident in their decision to partner with GTEC Training.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs contributing to team and company growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a salesdriven environment with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
Strong outbound calling experience including handling objections prospecting and engaging decisionmakers.
Experience with sales processes qualification meetings and managing the full sales journey.
Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred but not required) and CRM systems.
High energy strong motivation and a relentless drive for success.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fastpaced highperformance environment.
A closer mentality with a focus on achieving tangible results.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on converting leads into longterm customers.
Strong ability to qualify leads and assess customer needs tailoring solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail ensuring all customer interactions and followups are properly logged and tracked.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and persuasively.
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with prospects and clients over the phone and inperson (if applicable).
Strong listening skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
