About the role:
- Advise and work with major banks private lenders and other large financial institutions as well as a range of clients from different sectors (construction hospitality age care manufacturing property etc.
- You will be working on property finance asset finance general corporate funding and construction finance matters.
The ideal candidate:
- A midsenior lawyer with at least 25 PQE years experience in a frontend Banking & Finance practice.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand University underpinned by strong academic records.
- Experience working with transactions for banks and financial institutions.
- Excellent communication skills commercially astute and confident in front of clients.
- A team player who is also capable of working autonomously.
