Are you a US qualified solicitor looking for an exciting corporate roleworking with emerging companies
London with hybrid working
Client
A Top Tier Legal 500corporate/VC team within an international law firm.
Role
An exciting opportunity to gain experience and client exposure in a growing earlystageteam.
Working closely to support the Partner in growing the firms US practice
Negotiating key agreements with support.
Working with emergingcompanies through all stages of growth and financing.
Advising startups on funding rounds from Series Seed to Series E.
You
US qualified solicitor with 25 years PQE.
Demonstrable interest in working with emerging companies.
Experience in executing Delaware flips would be an advantage.
