What Youll Do
Strategic Execution & Project Ownership
- Take ownership of high-priority projects across marketing finance client operations and internal growth initiatives.
- Break down complex problems structure execution roadmaps and ensure alignment across teams.
- Risk assessment & decision-makingidentify challenges before they escalate and develop proactive solutions.
- Manage performance dashboards to track project progress and operational efficiency.
People & Operations Management
- Work closely with teams to ensure execution qualitydelegating effectively while maintaining accountability.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration ensuring teams deliver on commitments without micro-management.
- Performance tracking & feedback loopsmonitor KPIs assess work quality and optimize internal processes.
- Handle internal culture & people operations helping manage team dynamics and ensuring smooth workflows.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Review CRM project management tools and performance tracking systems to identify inefficiencies.
- Use digital tools & automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve execution speed.
- Ensure smooth invoicing financial workflows and budget adherence where required.
- High-Stakes Decision-Making & Stability
