The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role the skills education training credentials and experience of the candidate internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary this position may be eligible for medical dental vision retirement and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night weekend or oncall work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.

Department Overview
Childrens Minnetonka is a pediatric ambulatory center consisting of surgical services medical imaging and primary and specialty care clinics. The Day Surgery Center licensed as a freestanding ambulatory surgery center provides care within the following service lines: Dental ENT Eye General GI Ortho and Urology. Imaging services provided through our license as an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility include MRI general Xray and ultrasound. Sedation services are also provided.
Position Summary
The Surgery Center Supervisor is responsible for supporting oversight of the daily operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with established clinical practice standards. This role involves ensuring adequate staffing levels maximizing Surgery Center efficiencies and collaborating closely with the Surgery Center Manager to ensure that operations meet high standards of care and comply with all relevant governmental and regulatory requirements. The Surgery Center Supervisor oversees staffing workflow development and provides input on policies procedures and systems. A key aspect of this role is staff development communication patient care and patient advocacy. This is a working supervisor role with 3040 clinical care.
